 13U-17U January/February Spring Training Sessions

*** February 14-19 is the last week for these workouts ***

Tuesday's 6:30-8:30

Wednesday's 6:30 -8:30

Thursday's 6:30 - 8:30
Saturday's 10 - noon

Saturday's 11am - 1pm
 Sunday's noon - 2pm


Spring Training Team Information
 
We will have a "Spring Training" Team (13U and 14U players)
This team will begin practices in late February/early March and will begin tournaments/games in mid to late March.  These season will conclude at the end of April.

to put on in between innings and after games/practices

No sweatshirts/pullovers are to be worn over top of jerseys

Our Stealth Showcase Team finish season on a 7-0-1 run but can't
get into Impact World Series Final 8 based on tie breaker formula

Parents and Players

Please be prepared to participate in outdoor activities.
This means that players are to be very well hydrated not only
at the field during practices and games but days and hours beforehand

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
 AS EARLY IN THE DAY AS POSSIBLE AS WELL AS
THROUGHOUT THE DAY - NOT JUST AT THE FIELD OR
AFTER THE PLAYER HAS STARTED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Sodas (any carbonated drinks), Juices, Coffee and Milk are not good options!


FOR ALL STEALTH OUTDOOR PRACTICES/SCRIMMAGES/GAMES

Players are expected to be in baseball pants, stealth shirt, stealth hat and cleats
It is recommended that players wear long sleeves under stealth shirts
Players are also expected to bring running shoes
(NO FLIP FLOPS or SANDALS are to be seen anywear but at the beach)
(No jewelery is to be visible -- this includes ear rings and necklaces - tuck necklaces inside shirt)
(No tobacco or smokeless tobacco is allowed)
